Laura Richter, LPN

Laura has worked for Dr. Elstein off and on for the last 20 years.  Her duties include taking vital signs on patients, chaperoning in the exam room, helping with office surgical procedures, filling out lab forms and triaging phone calls from patients.

Ann Bowser, RN

Employed by Coastal GYN since 1999.  Ann has been a Labor and Delivery Nurse for 25 years.  She is married to Kevin and has two children (ages 18-20).  Ann is a Chapter Co-Leader for the Tidewater Chapter of AWHONN (Association of Women's Health, Obstetrico and Neonatal Nurses (National Nursing Organization.)

Ann moved to Virginia Beach in 1984 and is from Southwestern Pennsylvania.

Maureen Sawyer,

Office Coordinator

Maureen has worked for Dr. Elstein since April 1994.  She runs the front office.  Maureen's duties include checking-in and out patients at the front desk, scheduling appointments, taking phone messages, scheduling surgeries, filing and checking on insurance coverage.

Kathleen Fitzpatrick

Office Staff

Kathleen has worked for Dr. Elstein for 4 years.  Her duties include checking-in and out patients, filing and scheduling patient appointments.
